How to advertise your event or project...

You are able to advertise your service unit event, your journey project or your Bronze/Silver/Gold project through Service Unit 617.

1. Contact ptcgsnewsletter@yahoo.com
   
2. Have your flier ready to go.  Remember, if it is a Gold Award project, your flier must be approved by your Gold Advisor.
   
3. Know what age group you want the flier directed to (D,B,J,C,S,A).
   
4. Patty, who runs our Constant Contact and website will work with you on designing a Constant Contact to be sent out to your target audience.  This Constant Contact will be sent out twice, once as an initial mailing and the second time as a reminder.  Please make sure that you leave enough time to develop the Constant Contact.
   
5. The event will also be posted on our website.
   
6. Lastly, the event will be printed in our Leader's Lighthouse.  Remember, this is distributed once a month on the Friday after our Service Unit Meeting.
